DELIVERY CHARGES
Free delivery on orders over €300 excluding spare parts and products which do not include standard delivery. Refer to products page as not all equipment includes free delivery. Spare parts are
subject to a min €20 delivery charge.
WARRANTY
All products supplied with a minimum one-year parts warranty excluding parts classed as wearable
such as bulbs, shelves, glass, elements and digital controllers.
DELIVERY
Goods must be checked prior to signing as we cannot accept claims for goods signed for in good
condition. Unpacking, positions or assembling is not included in the price

E&OE prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
WEEE
WEEE products need to be recycled at the end of their life span by your waste provider
RETURNS & RESTOCKING
Catershop Returns Policy
At Catershop, we are committed to providing high-quality refrigeration and catering equipment to our customers. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges to ensure a smooth process for all our customers.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Custom-made, special-order, or clearance items are non-returnable, unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.
- Consumables, such as filters and cleaning supplies, are non-returnable unless unopened and unused.
2. Faulty or Damaged Products
- If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Include photos or videos of the damage and your order details when contacting our support team at info@acegroupireland.ie.
- Faulty or damaged items may be eligible for a replacement, repair, or refund after inspection.
3. Return Process
- Contact Us: Email info@acegroupireland.ie with your order number, reason for the return, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos of the product).
- Receive Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions.
- Ship the Item: Pack the product securely and include all original components and accessories. Clearly label the package with the RA#.
- Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
- For faulty or damaged items, Catershop will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
5. Restocking Fee
- A 20% restocking fee may apply for non-faulty returns, excluding damaged or incorrect items.
6. Exclusions
- Products that have been installed, used, or modified are not eligible for return.
- Items without a valid RA# or returned outside the 30-day window will not be accepted.
7. Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
